    Possible mold on dark sour?

I'm not super familiar with every type of pellicle that can form on sours so I need help. Found my airlock knocked off of this beer without me knowing. (Probably about a month ago). Any idea if this is salvageable?

Should I add cacao nibs and coffee to this oatmeal stout recipe?

Yea! Go for it. They'd work great with that grain bill.

    Stone Xocoveza Mocha Stout

Semi-off topic. I've never done cold brewed coffee before and I am reading about making it. A lot of them say it makes a concentrate. Do I use the concentrate or dilute it? Can someone give me a little guidance on how they do it?

    Alpine Nelson Clone Attempt

Cold crash if you can. Maybe still hop particles floating around. It's such a big dry hop bill.

Is this a good way to vorlauf + sparge?

I just did my first no-vorlauf brew last weekend. Just stuck a straining bag on the end of my mash tun hose and opened her up. Bag collected all grains that came through. Added sparse water, repeated. Saved me a lot of time since it takes a while for my grain bed to set well.

    Alpine Nelson help

Would love to find a clone recipe for this. Looks like there used to be a recipe floating around on hopville but no one seemed to have recorded it anywhere else.
