    @DemonsRun so i put the sour on cherries and some juice too! I noticed that the airlock is sucking air in. The crazy thing is its all been in my basement for the same time. Should I be concerned on the carboy with too much O2 or should I heat a little to maybe kick off fermentation?

    Transporting fermenting beer??

    Do like you say only leave the corny sealed. For a day of travel as long as it's purged of o2 and has some co2 added it will still ferment and not be a problem or if you can make a spunding valve so you can let some pressure out without exploding g your corny.

    Made it out to Long Island this weekend!!! At the Cask Festival had some real tasty beers!! Barrier brewing is awesome, Tanto. Sand City had some good beers too. Overall it was real impressive stuff. Held it together pretty good as well and first year not hung over!! Now to get a clone for...

    I live close to a barrel supplier so we got it there. They do sell smaller ines as well. 15, 10 and fivers. I think next winter I am getting as fiver for a stout.

    It will sit in barrel at least 3 months but no more then 6. Unless it goes sour. But we steamed the inside to try to kill any unwanted friends.
