One thing you could do to keep your kegs sanitized is to fill the keg up with a One-Step sani solution. Then after it is sanitized purge the solution out of the keg with CO2. Then your keg will be sanitized and purged and will stay clean for quite some time (assuming you don't have any leaks.)

Its accually non-alcoholic, Just Root beer.

Good luck on your kegging setup. I have currently keg most of my beer, unless I plan on giving it out as gifts or if it has an absurdly long conditioning time, then I bottle. Kegging is a lot easier, one container instead of 50+ (and only one cap I might add). Good luck and have fun.
