Can someone help me. I am trying to figure out how to set an alarm for a certain temp- I would like the alarm to go off when the water is.. say 140 degrees. I can't seem to figure out how to make it work. any input is appreciated! Thanks guys.

Thanks for the quick reply. Good to know. That answers the question. It is hard to take a picture of a hydrometer which is why it is up against the side of the test tube. Any guesses on what that reading would be at in that pic?

I actually added the Pb2 with premium chocolate- I'll see how that does... I was hopin for something of a reese. Not sure how much of the flavor will come though after reading a bunch of PB2 threads.

Did a 2.5 gallon BIAB a few months ago- it was probabbly the best beer I've brewed to date. Brewed 5.5 gallons today- my first time fly sparging- hit all my numbers which I'm stoked about. subbed the last two hop additions with mosaic hops will post back with results Thanks for the recipe

For the Flash buzzer and the on off switch- my on off switch for the buzzer does not have the numbers 22 21 12 11, it has 1 2 3 4 just not sure what to wire it to? Thanks

PJ, Thanks for the reply. I welded in a bung that the hot water element screws into. I am using a slighty differnt pot than most folks- the pot is copper and also the bung that is welded to the pot. I will be using this pot to distill beer. any ideas on how to ground it? Thanks again,
