I've got three alot like that, that I got from the beer of the month club I tested out. Each one holds a 12 pack of bottles. I just don't know who I'd send a 12 pack to.:confused:

Did you adjust your gravity reading for temperature? At 75deg F that would give you a few more points, not enough to hit your mark but closer anyways.

You need to hit it with some CO2 to purge the head space, that will seal it up. Need some keg lube for a good seal.

Glad you had a good night, me, I would be more likely to be getting up to start brewing at 4:45 than just finishing up. More of a morning person and all that.:D

I prime my kegs with DME. About 3/4 cup does fine.

I went to AG back in Dec. I didn't even check my efficiency untill my 8th or 9th batch. I was more concerned with getting my process down than weather or not I was hitting my numbers. Now I am working on dialing in my system and increasing my efficiency. Just don't let it get to you.
