    applying my first labels to bottles

    The last thing I want to do is soak of labels AGAIN! So I use clear circular labels (Avery 5248) on the bottle caps. Print the name and a little logo and you are good to go. A mixed case is real easy to tell apart and NO label soaking.

    Downsizing in VT

    I got all my start up stuff from Northern Brewer and continue to buy kits from them. As for LHBS, I use Keystone in Montgomeryville, PA.

    How many gallons of Brandon O's Graff have been made?

    Made my first batch last night and it is bubbling away this morning. 1878 + 5 = 1883
