    What I did for beer today

    Racked off my newest home recipe Hosenhausen American Pale Ale into secondary, and cleaned bottles prior to bottling tomorrow. This my third beer in 5 weeks, so easily my most productive time so far. I have a Better Brew Kolsch and home Recipe Citrus Wheat Ale already bottled.

    Making StarSan in small batches

    Kind of on the same subject, we use an Oxyclean type, (TARGET brand) laundry additive, that contains sodium percarbonate and sodium carbonate. Is this safe to use as a sanitizer/cleaner for fermenters, bottles, racking tubes etc?
