You need to play lofted pitch shot with some touch. A chip shot is a play when you know you'll get some check or you're chipping uphill form a short distance. Pitch shot will get it up in the air....doesn't have to be a flop, just slightly bigger swing curve with a more lofted club. Low 60s will...
