I just checked UPS with some quick estimates, which may be wrong:
12 bottles in a 12x16x10 box at 15# is $253.40 ~ $21.12/bottle
24 bottles in a 24x16x10 box at 30# is $386.20 ~ $16.09/bottle
48 bottles in a 24x32x10 box at 60# is $594.41 ~ $12.38/bottle

If you are going to expand to a 2 or 3 vessel system go for bcs, but if you don't ever get the chance then at least you will have a good fermentation chamber control. Or you could always do sous vide with the kettle and have fermentation control
I actually like the more hopped up flavor in your recipe, I normally am not a big in your face hop beer drinker but I do like the taste of citra hops. I can see this being a big hit on summertime days, it is 105 here and it was good to take a drink on the way back into the house from the garage.

Sorry didnt see the question about how much. I only did a 5.5g batch, I scaled it down in beersmith. I will still dry hop it with the oz as originally posted, I don't think that I will change that, and I will probably dry hop in the keg. I'll let you know the final results and will post my...
Yep I followed your recipe. I'm excited to see how it come out. I like the widmer Citra and so does the SWMBO, but she is pregnant so I guess it just leaves more for me. My plan is to have it ready for the fourth.
