The one on the bottom is just for 115v power to the AC/DC power supply, the 3 way toggle is for the valve as on-off-auto (on depending on float switch position)

Funny enough, I just built this for my mash tun during final transfer to the BK to keep water above the grain bed. But it could probably be adapted for the BK.
