    MM2, 3 - Losing set? Cranken?

AC, yes. I'd have to look @ the specs tomorrow, but wilco. Standard industrial outlet box, with flex conduit, and water tight / dust tight connectors. I have 1/4 aluminum tubing stanchions under the box now, conduit level. I bought it a couple of years back, from a member of this M B, and...

    MM2, 3 - Losing set? Cranken?

Direct drive, with a gear motor, Lovejoy couplings, with a fwd. and reverse , or "crush" and "clear" switch. I'd post a pic of mine, but I have bad luck posting pics to this site, and I gave up on PhotoBucket long ago! I'm still on the "information dirt road". :D

    MM2, 3 - Losing set? Cranken?

This is all interesting stuff on the speed controls, but I'm just curious as to "why" some use them, instead of setting them up direct drive or with pulleys needed, to achieve the desired speeds. Budget not being a factor here. I would think being reversible a more desirable option.

you still use hops in your beer?

When you say "all over it", do you mean like a fat lady on a B-B all over it?

    Kegco Mill?

It should only run a tic faster @ 60 Hz.

you still use hops in your beer?

I don't think you'll do it. (Chatham County demo dust is the most flavorful....)

And if lacking a caliper........Open end wrench, of metric or standard variety, will get you close enough.

you still use hops in your beer?

No one has mentioned using drywall screws for holding the Gypsum in suspension whilst conditioning. I've found, that using a tincture of Drywall Nuts alleviates this need, and removes some sharpness from the final product.......

Peruse your coupling sizes and materials here........I didn't peruse, but research may show you can mix and match, while doctoring face cherries......;) https://www.mcmaster.com/#lovejoy-couplings/=1a1uijh

Is it possible to buy a pallet of grain?

Our brew club option was : Arrange a payment agreement beforehand, agreeable to both parties. Don't hold our driver up with a delivery bottleneck. There was a "mention", of a business license @ one time, but we sent a written request, to the distributor, via snail mail, with our brew club...

Is it possible to buy a pallet of grain?

Have a forklift @ where you plan to deliver the grain, or have the brewery store it for ya', so it will be in their way?....... :) In said "research", did the grain suppliers turn you down? You check with more than one? Where I lived in Georgia, the distributors would sell you whatever you...

    MM2, 3 - Losing set? Cranken?

Yes, you can. As long as there are flats or indentations on the shafts, for the set screw to seat. A drop of Loctite thread locker, (not the red variety!), on the set screws is a good idea, as well as a before use inspection to ensure the screws are tight.

you still use hops in your beer?

I foresee a fail here. TrueBeer, ( TM ), has always been kegged or cave kept. No "addjunks" or protective layers for UV protection are tolerated by the Reinhowsyourboat.

you still use hops in your beer?

But it says "Same durable performance...." Edit: "Durable Dubbel"...... ( TM ).

    Gamma lids on bucket fermenters

It would eventually require removal of the ring........Unless, brewing a sour or sumpn'.......:D Then your "mother" would already be in the fermenter !
