    Not Really Wild

    Thought this was the place to ask though. I'm going to brew a Gose, and was wondering if Safbrew WB-06 would be a good yeast to use. I could SWEAR I saw it in a recipe, but now can't seem to find it and don't want to ruin 5 gallons of a special SWMBO brew.:confused: Thanks!
