Right on! I kinda created my own recipe from other recipes that I've done. So im pretty excited to see how it turns out.

Chyea! Just bottled my chocolate coffee stout. Brewed, fermented, then racked onto milk chocolate nips, then racked onto 12oz of coffee beans. Taste pretty good flat....so let's wait and see what it taste like in a few weeks.! Pretty Stoked about this one.

I am starting to store some brews that are usually limited, age well, and my home brews. What is the best way to go about this (temp, light, etc)

I really enjoy hoppy beers. I really like DHF 60,90, and 120...so I have a few bottles of this I luckily scored. I live in TN and we don't get a lot of good stuff here. In aging a few bttoles of squall and then drinking anothrer tomorrow. Im pretty excited, but I will post a review.

How could you forget Crass? Steve is finishing up (if he hasn't already) his "last" tour playing Crass. Good stuff though. Wish I could have gone to ATL to catch the show.

I can get new belgium all day long. I'm up for trading! Im big into IPA's. Im really looking for some 120 IPA or a KBS. Im up for other offers as well.

Terrapin is wonderfull. Hopsecutioner blows my mind. Yazoo is also good. Im not really sure what you can or can't get where you live, if you gave me a few popular brews out there, I could help you out with some good ones.
