I picked up How to Brew and made it cover to cover, that was an amazing resource! Really helped me understand the process. There doesn't seem to be many homebrewers from southern Utah but considering the liquor laws/population its not a huge surprise.

I can't say I am shocked by that, I am very new to brewing so I was mostly looking for local expertise and a group to brew with/help drink brews/compare brews etc. Looks like I will stick to gaining expertise for the vast interwebs.

Anybody home brewing in St George, UT or know of any homebrew clubs?
