Irish Stout Erin Go Bragh (Irish Stout, Multiple Medals)

Aging beer is a bit overblown IMO. Unless it's a high gravity beer that needs to cool the bite. Hops are better fresh. Flavors are better fresh. Fresh beer is good beer if done right . Good recipe here. Doing a similar one this weekend. Fuggles and less roasted, but ratios are about the same

    Fishing!

If you fish the flats your essentially fishing docks, mangrove shorelines, oyster bars, grass, etc. It's similar to bass fishing I suppose. But anything else you're out on the open ocean. But realing in a 15lb gag grouper... Oh boy!

    Fishing!

Agree with that. Saltys are pretty dumb and hungry

    Fishing!

Its funny how freshwater guys love freshwater and saltwater fish to eat, but us saltys only eat saltwater fish. Catfish every so often. Maybe its a florida thing, but theres nothing in the lakes or rivers I'd go out of my way to eat. I don't freshwater fish at all, though.

Volume of green tea to add

I dont know what a French press is and that amount of work goes against my home brewing rules. But it sounds very interesting..maybe another batch some day I could hace reserved 1 gallon of wort to steep the tea in and dumped it in mid fermentation. Hmm

Volume of green tea to add

I'd have to open the lid to dry hop. And then purge like you said. It can be done I just prefer not too, but In this case it's likely the only option. Didn't think about how much tea expands. Probably will need a hop bag

Volume of green tea to add

I think with enough time and water cold brew would be fine. But how much water is the problem. I use a conical fermenter so dry hopping is fairly easy to accomplish and is likely what ill end up doing using a tea ball

Volume of green tea to add

This is why I want to cold brew. I don't like to open the fermenter

Volume of green tea to add

Considered that but wanted to avoid hot water. Probably wouldnt need to sanitize it, though. Enough alcohol to avoid bugs. Might end up dry hopping
