Hi, I just wanted to confirm that you boil that water and sugar when you make the must. Do you just bring it to a boil to dissolve the sugar or to you boil it longer to condense it down a bit? Thanks

Hi, Ok...glad it worked well. Being a newbie I was getting a bit lost in the terminology. In this case to "pitch" means to make the starter and not just sprinkling the dry yeast on top of the must, like you do with a wine kit. So glad I found this forum. I have learned lots already.
