    Great tips guys... You said ONE cinnamon stick overpowered the whole batch?? I had about 4 of them in my holiday ale and I didn't really even notice the cinnamon when I racked it. Of course that was what was included in that kit... Ok, cut down on cinnamon sticks... maybe just one or two...
