A temp probe in the fridge for an hour or so reads 37F so I am pretty sure I will have no problem getting it to go lower since the temp knob is 1/2 way down.

Currently it is 41C and it is about 90% full of food. The temp knob is about 1/2 turned down. I may turn it to 3/4 later this afternoon and see how far it goes down over night. It should get down to about 33-36F for lagering, correct?

I am glad I found this post as I have a Q regarding no sparge brewing. Realizing you will have a lower efficiency without sparging, how do you adjust for the lower efficiency in the grain bill? I realize you just add to the grain bill, but is there a particular % or is it just a guesstimation?

I'll probably just keep the same spray bottle I use for my grill handy in the kitchen. Now I just need to find someplace that carries everything I have in my recipe. I am finding that not everyplace carries everything. They carry some but not all. Might have to make some changes, we'll see...
