    Scorched wort and no hot break?

    Hey everyone! I was wondering if you would leave the brew in the ferment container or bottle it and let it age in there for scorched wort. I made my first batch of beer last night and I am pretty sure I scorched some of the wort. Sorry for the post on the old thread.
