    I topped it up to the right amount. Im pretty sure It was my timing and things not being mixed or rested properly. I will check the hydrometer as soon a I can! Thanks for everyone's help!

There are still a few bubbles on the top but I'm wondering can I transfer it to a secondary now and leave it for another week...

    New to cider but not to beer... Hi everyone!!! I have a 5gal. batch that started out SG 1.085 and is at FG 1.00 want to back sweeten how much AJ concentrate should I add?? one can? two cans? to get it back up to 1.10+ Thanks Scott
