Which would be the best choice of yeast ? White Labs - English Ale 002 Wyeast - London Ale 1028 Dry yeast - Windsor Ale

Is it feasible to run an immersion chiller through your boil kettle and have the cool water drain into a swamp cooler that the kettle is in ? Then drain the swamp cooler ? Is there an elevated contamination risk ? Is the water coming out of the immersion chiller too warm to make a difference ?

Yeah. We went through a dozen cases and a couple handles this year. I will be able to keep 4-5 kegs in the keezer - just gonna have 2 tapped at a time. If I carbonate in the keg and keep it in the keezer untapped - how long would it last ?? Which beer style would hold better for a month or 2 ?

We’ll I have a big July 4 party every year. I envision myself with a 2 tap keezer by that time, but I’d like to have an extra 2-3 kegs ready to go when one empty’s. The kegs will not be ready at the same time hope by then to have a couple fermenters going at the same time

Would a 10 lb co2 tank be better than 2 5 lb tanks ? How do you store full corny kegs that are not tapped yet ?

So you would just cook it ? If you bought a dozen eggs at the store that were broken. Leaked all over everything in the bag, you’d just dump what was left in a frying pan and cook it up ?

Saw a Reddit post about dropping hop pellets into Bud Lite bottles to help with tasting the different hop flavors … has anyone tried this ? Won’t the beer go flat in the time it takes to get flavorized ?

Lol !! That succulent syrup is in the state of “sticky ass mess” currently !! What do I clean this off with ? I’ve heard not to use dish soap ?

I’m waiting on their response now. The kit came loose under the wort chiller. It was not in its own box - and it’s not oil. There’s an inch or so in the bottom of the bucket and it’s sticky. I’m just bummed cuz I wanted to brew tomorrow.

And the spoiler. There’s brown sticky syrup all over a bunch of stuff in the box. I assume this is LME. :(. Who decided to put this under the wort chiller which was under the fermenter has caused me pain. I do not want to spend hours cleaning all this stuff off ! Buzzkill !!

Yeah mon !! I like the wide mouth fermenter, the 8.5 brew kettle, the wort chiller, plus the extras :) I found a dude on FB gave us about 100 bottles and a tree for free :). Thought I had a keg and co2 lined up but that dude backed out

Though I did get my starter kit from online (before I knew where my LHB was)
