    Right, so after fixing the issue with my Q/D - yup, managed to wash out an o-ring out of the top of the screw top of the Q/D and now have a new one - I reconnected the picnic tap perfectly fine this afternoon. Then, when trying again tonight it started leaking from the bottom of the Q/D. So...

    Balls, I figured that must have been the case. Must have gone down the sink as the beer flushed out of that end once I opened it up. Cheers guys, glad to hear I'm not going crazy.

    My one thought was that I could have screwed the top of the disconnect back on too tight an ruined the seal?

    I don't want to be negative, but thought I'd post here in case anyone manages to get to the last page of this thread to say that this is the only beer I've ever thrown out. I've tried a bottle every week since bottling and at no point has it got any better. Brewed 100% to recipe, no issues...
