    Yes comma lagering is different than fermentation. Lager is german for to store. You want to ferment in the low 50's then after primary fermentation has finished raise it up to about 60-65 for the diacetyl rest then drop it down to below 45 for as long as you want. And yes raising the temp...

    I personally love Capital Brewery's Oktoberfest. Their Autumnal Fire which is their Oktoberfest bumped up to Dopplebock strength is something to had if you can get it.

    Some of the people I've met. Dude- Not as mellow as his name would lead you to believe. olllllo- Not really a Jeep Yooper- I never actually said a word when I was with her. I don't know where she thinks I talk alot. Pumbaa- Yes is really that nuts and has a great mustache now.

    Laptop Coolers

    I had the Targus also. And it lasted about 4-5 months until the power cord broke. Now I just elevate the laptop by puting some books on both sides and the fan in the comp. will keep it cool enogh.
