    Do you like filet mignon?

Sendik's. At least the ones that are owned by the Balistari's. I've seen them there before and they look great.

My local "upscale" grocery store has this on sale at $3.99/lb starting tomorrow. I might need to pick one up. How are you going to keep all those fillets? Freeze them?

    kegging belgians

I personally would drink my belgians clear. I actually crash cooled my tripel before kegging to clear it up. Even bottled belgians I wouldn't pour out the bottom of the bottle.

    Bell's Hopslam sucks - sorry Bell's :(

I would have to agree. Two hearted is in my opinion the most over rated IPA out there. Back to point I enjoyed HopSlam comma it didn't knock my socks off but it was a decent beer.

    Bottle or Glass

They actually over carb beers in bottles and cans so that it become correct when you pour it into a glass. Every beer is meant to be poured into a glass. That's just the way the beer is designed. Tell her the brewmaster made the beer to be poured into a glass.

DeuS Brut Des Flandres Belgian Ale

Actually there is a recipe in BYO's 150 clone recipe book. I'm going to try this soon. It does involve using multiple yeasts and a metric butt load of corn sugar. But hey why not?
