    a little help...

    Whats the point of the Counterflow Chiller if you are not using it to cool down the wort before transfering it? That probably sounds dumb and may be an obvious answer to someone whos not a newb like me.

    Thanks a lot for the mind easer. Now because I am going to be carbonating in the bottles when it clears will there be enough yeast in the clear beer to eat the sugar in the bottles to create the carbonation?

    Ok, my Mr Beer WCPA was done fermenting yesterday but is still pretty cloudy. I know I can let it sit longer to let some of the cloudyness settle but the fermentation is done so would it hurt to bottle it now? Could this beer be a cloudy type of beer? Help me ole Beer Kenobi, yer my only hope!

    I was referred to this site by a gentleman working at Sunset Hydroponics and Homebrewing in Victor, NY. Ask him if he knew of any good magazines to check out and this site was something else he mentioned.
