    First BIAB Disaster

So, I really screwed up. I won't go into details, but my OG is SUPER low (1.030-1.035). I got <50% efficiency. What does this mean for the final product? Should I try to add some sugar to boost the OG up?

After only 3 extract brews... I just bought a 40 qt SS pot, a Better Bottle, an AG SNPA clone, and I made a wort chiller. Wish me luck, and if you have any last minute tips, LMK!!!! :fro: :fro: :fro:

First time Kegging and its all foam HELP!!!!!

What is your beer line length. I had 5' lines and I would get foam like crazy. I switched to 10' lines and my problem vanished. I would suggest getting longer lines. At home depot 20' of 3/16" ID vinyl tubing is like 5 dollars.

    New Brewer

Cyclman, that is a good idea, but I'm afraid I do not have the resources to pull that off! Perhaps the next couple of beers I make will be an IPA with a 60 min addition of 1oz. of Magnum, and put some later additions (15, 5, 1?) of a single kind.

Hey Guys, This forum has been a huge help for someone just getting started! I would like to experiment with some single hop variety of APAs/IPAs to learn more about each hops' individual flavors and characteristics. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try first? I would love to do a...
