My thoughts exactly. Keggles can be polished nicely if bling is required. Makes a darn sturdy vessel too. Edit: BTW, I vote for 3 vessel. I think a dedicated HLT is awesome. I put 11kW in mine (15gal). It heats fast and works great for HERMS. I use it sometimes just to heat cleaning water.
