    Three Week Itch

    Buy a couple of barrels from us plastics Barrel>bucket I currently have 3 15 gallom barrels, 3 buckets, and 3 6.5 gal carboys. 3 beers on tap, 3 kegs conditioning, 2 empty kegs, 4 on the way, and 22 gallons fermenting. I am going to brew another 24 gallons this saturday :-) /brag

    This Saison Fermentation is a Beast....

    I brewed a saison 2 weeks ago, pitched yeast around 6pm, by 11 pm blowoff tube was needed, and the fermentation is still very active.

    Oatmeal Stout Question
