    Specs has a good selection and there are 3 in town. 281 and 1604 close to the heb, 35 and 1604, 10 and dezavala. As far as home brew party I have never had an issue with finding what I need what are you looking for. Talk to Adam at the Nacogdoches store he should be able to order any Thing you need.

    Thoughts on weekday vs. weekend drinking?

    I was a 3 to 4 a night guy and then I started to go the gym and I am not drinking on those nights about three days a week. On the week end it varies on what I have going on as to how much I drink.

    If you topped off with water was the wort mixed with the water properly. If it is not you could have parts that will read higher than others. I don't know your process just speculating at this point.

    I second this because you are not going to get much if any flavor or aroma from the 60 min addition. I would personally try to find a hop that has the closest alpha acid percentage to your Columbus so of doesn't add much more or any more bitterness.

    Thoughts on a pale ale recipe

    From what I understand cara foam helps in head retention and crystals are flavor. Maybe cut down the cara foam to 4oz and the crystal to 6 to 8 but I am sure there are better people to make suggestions.
