    Ssbrewtech eController videos

I grew frustrated with my 1v controller and the limits of the 10.5 pot itself for biab. Sold it. I've always wondered if others ever figured it out. Gonna watch these videos just for kicks now

    Starting a brewery

I have that brand in my house and the highest it goes is 150⁰. Home and commercial are different I suppose

    You're doing 8bbl DIRECT FIRE???!?!?!?!

    Starting a brewery

1bbl is just 2 kegs. Maybe ok, for lower sellers, but even a decently busy brewpub can kick double that over the weekend for their flagships

The Venting Thread: Let It Out, Folks!

The top and bottom are the bulk of the cost of making a corny AND they sell more 5 s than 2.5s. This is no trick just regular simple economics

Thinking About a Keezer - Some Questions

I have flow control Perlicks and find them unnecessary. I have and absolutely love duo tight fittings and 4mm ID VA barrier tubing for liquid and gas. Next build I want to incorporate duo tight pressure regulators inline. I have a 5lbs tank inside and will do that on next build as well. I just...

    Water help

So, I'm trying to brew the "generic west coast IPA" from this months byo. I brew biab and need to treat 9 gallons of RO water. What and when do I add it? 14lbs of pilsner (what I have on hand) 1.75 lbs of crystal

Beer you like but have never brewed?

Sour beers. I enjoy them, but not enough to have 5 gallons around. I also generally only ever want a small pour anyways. Just one here and there kinda. I'll let the pros do it for me

    Make IPA Clear Again

I thought of this thread last weekend, while I was at a lil brewery with my family. They had a good WEST COAST IPA and, believe it or not, they also had a really nice English IPA. I hadn't seen that style at a brewery..... Well, I've never seen that style at a brewery. It was well made and an...

High gravity beers : Unibrau or Clawhammer eBIAB system

Yeah, they only sell 10 & 20. Even 20 seems stupid tho, imo. If you wanna brew 10 gallon batches you'd want 25. Or maybe move to 3 vessel

High gravity beers : Unibrau or Clawhammer eBIAB system

I have and brew on a spike solo 15 gallon. You can make 5 gallons of any gravity beer you want. After brewing biab on a 10 gallon setup it quickly became apparent that it's less than ideal. Between the 2 you mentioned I think the unibrau looks better personally

    Need New Grain Mill

I have a mm3 and it's been great. It's my first mill and everyone is right that they're kinda a pain in the ass to adjust. Once I got it where I liked it tho I haven't adjusted again. (And may never). I have to admit that I definitely fell for the "more rollers must be better", but for $170 I'm...

I feel like I want professionals in a wide open area with all safety precautions to do exactly this. You kinda sold me on wanting to see it!
