I have ten pounds of 2row, 1 lb of Munich, some carapils, roasted barley, Caracas, chocolate malt, flaked oat, and dark candi sugar for fermentables. I have cascade, centennial, chinook, and Target hops. I will be using notty yeast. My challenge to you is to help me create a good tasting beer...

I have extra hops all the time. I get that from my wife who is a bulk buyer. I plan a bottle day maybe a week in advance but if something comes up, what's 1 more day in the primary? Boy scouts motto "be prepared"

I always sanitize far more bottles or caps then I need. I haven't had any disasters yet but I get a little anal at bottling time

First : I will never turn a beer down just for courtesy's sake. I enjoy light ice cold lager if i'm going to be drinking all day. Or if that's what everyone else is drinking. Second: My drink of unchoice is Jim Beam...The smell makes me want to hurl.

I'm south of milan and we have well water so this post has absolutely no relevance to the topic. I use the water machines from hyvee. I have 2 5 gallon jugs I fill up so my water only costs like an extra $4. Any one a part of MUGZ Homebrew?
