    1. I know i fell asleep while waiting for wort to cool so i was out of it. 2. Yeah i F'd up haha. will it i still get the flavours? 3. How much DME? its a 5 gal batch. 4. Yes fermentation has slowed.

    Well im in the 4th day of a cream ale i brewed on tues. By wednesday night i had a good steady fermentation. I took a hydrometer test right after i pitched the yeast, and it was at about 1.014 i thought crap thats low. I also did a PM and forgot to crush the grains :(. Should i make a small DME...

    Well one of my brews is really astringent and i know i released tannins on one of my grain steeps. I boiled the crystal malt (i know i know). After searching around here i haven't found a definite answer if there is a possible way to reverse this. Does anyone have any ideas?

    In total i added about 12oz of cascade hops in the boiling process, and put my left over hops in the primary. My question is this..... I would like to float some centennial or more cascade in the secondary. Will this effect the taste in anyway? E.g. More hoppy flavour or not, and will it rot...

    well the packet of dry yeast said to suspend it in warm water for a few minutes. I did not do that. I will dump the glass jar contents. Can i jump start this yeast anyway?
