Drain your wort slow. When it comes to the boil, don't use the lid. Also, what does your grain bill look like? Have you considered fly sparging?

Nope. Force carb. Normally I keep it under gas for about 3 weeks at about 12 PSI. I was down to one CO2 tank so gave it a shot at 15 and was surprised to find it needing more the next day. Lets say that it did slowly leak out some, am I in trouble? It was an awesome Imperial Red before...

I kegged a batch on Wednesday and gave it a shot of co2 15psi....I did not keep it under gas. I checked it the next day and it took some more gas. I forgot about it until Sunday and it took alot of gas so I am guessing a leak. I replaced the gaskets but I fear my brew is ruined. Any thoughts?
