    All Grain Question

Drain your wort slow. When it comes to the boil, don't use the lid. Also, what does your grain bill look like? Have you considered fly sparging?

    Brewing in Minnesota

I guess I should have started here.... I have 6 batches under my belt and 3 have been drinkable and 2 have been exceptional. I fricking love this hobby! I am already messing with grain bills and color and trying to craft the perfect ale. Should have done this 10 years ago!

    Corny Keg leaking

I kegged a batch on Wednesday and gave it a shot of co2 15psi....I did not keep it under gas. I checked it the next day and it took some more gas. I forgot about it until Sunday and it took alot of gas so I am guessing a leak. I replaced the gaskets but I fear my brew is ruined. Any thoughts?
