The "We'll fix your label for you" thread

Well, I didn't really clean your lines up, I just made new ones to avoid any problems. Actually your lines didn't look that bad, except that they looked like you added an outline (whether an outer glow or a contour in the Blending Options.) which left a dark gap between the inner line and the...

The "We'll fix your label for you" thread

Since the resolution is already high I'm guessing the crisp you are looking for, is what I would call pop (making it stand out more). I took it and embossed the lettering, then drop shadowed everything. I did this in Photoshop also. Is this what you are looking for?

Yeah, I wasn't sure what you wanted so I combined them both. How bout this one?

Not sure exactly you were looking for, but here's my interpretation.

Ping-Pong ball dry hop in keg?

You beat me to it! Replacing the cork every time is nothing, it's like a never ending supply at my house!

Ping-Pong ball dry hop in keg?

If you have a wife that drinks wine like mine does, just grab the next cork and a stainless steel screw. I've used this in carboys and in corny kegs for dry hopping. I makes it easier to grab when you want to remove the bag.

The "We'll fix your label for you" thread

I too went like Grognerd and wanted to "fix it" up a bit. When I looked at it I initially thought the he was carrying a fishing pole. Then you said later about the Andy Griffith Show and fishing, so I decided to show the whole fishing pole.

    2016 Hop Growing Thread

Yeah, the Miracle Grow was since I planted them, but that's with me alternating between the Bone/Blood meal and Miracle Grow. Remember I only started in June. I looked up where you are located and it's not that much farther north than the Burgh, so I doubt overall weather has much to do with...

    2016 Hop Growing Thread

I hit them twice (maybe 3 times) with some Miracle Grow, and also twice with Blood meal and Bone meal. I did the Blood & Bone meal at the same time but not with the Miracle Grow. Every couple of weeks or so when I thought about it. Starting out, if it didn't rain, I watered all 5 plants with...

1st year Chinook. Considering I didn't get it into the ground until June, I'm surprised it's reached 20 feet. Some of the leaves are as big as my hand. I also planted Cascade, Centennial, Columbus & Nugget, but non of them has reach that high.

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Yeah, I suppose that's funny! I never really thought about it, as I just copied the numbers directly from Brewer's Friend. I'll have to remember to start rounding off.

    Side by Side Kegerator

Since I doubt that the kegerator is going in the kitchen and more likely into the garage or basement, I would go with your plan. I also didn't want the plain colors available in appliance paint. I painted mine in the garage and there was definitely a lot of over-spray. I just put down newspaper...

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Braufessor, I'm currently brewing my second batch of this amazing beer, and have a question about the flame-out hops. After flame-out, about how long does it take you to get down to the 160 degree temp? I ask because it doesn't take me long to get to 160 degrees if I use my counterflow chiller...

    Side by Side Kegerator

I just prepped it by wiping it down since the fridge was already in great condition. I just used regular Rustolium spray paint. It's held up great with only minor scratches but she now sits in her third house since being born. Zombie thread? Ha Plenty of time to answer as I'm brewing right now!

I'm not trying to step on any shoes here TheCADJockey, but this is my take on the label for Braufessor. I kind of had to try something with it, since I have recently brewed his Northeast Style IPA and loved it! Thanks for the recipe Braufessor!
