Getting closer all the time. Written is now passed (had to drive 2 hours one way to do it, but it's passed), everything else is dang near done. I hope to have good news here in 1-2 weeks.

That sucks. Dead roaster = poor coffee. You kind of get spoiled on the good stuff. Maybe it's time to get all DIY and go with one of the BBQ drums, bread machine type deals, or stir crazy/toaster ovens :ban: I'd go nuts roasting 3 oz at a time: I typically roast 3 9 oz (by weight)...

I remember going to the slaughterhouse as a kid to pick up the year's beef. Normally 3 young bulls. We'd come home with a pick up bed FULL of beef packed and frozen inside of butcher paper and white cardboard boxes. Those were the days.
