My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

I am building single tier 3 burner system with 10" banjos. I've tested boil times using high pressure propane and low pressure propane feeds (via Honeywell gas control) to the burners. I can definitely say the low pressure burners take about 40% longer to boil 20 gals of water compared to the...

    Another BrewSteel: BadAss Brewstands

Kladue, I thought the metallic flex lines were used for low pressure propane only ? I don't see any Honeywell controllers on this system so assume it is all high pressure propane (great build by the way, upset I found it so late into my build!)

My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

Hey OB, thanks for the feedback that's exactly what i'm looking for. On the cool-factor side the adjustable burner rack gets a "10". Just wanting to know how practical it is. What I'm concerned about really is the low flame height during my burner test run. I've always used high pressure...

My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

Hi Josh The adjustable burner height appears to be a great feature, and I am now considering the same design. Can I ask how often you adjust the burner height, or have you settled on a preferred height Thanks
