    I dry hopped on day 6 and I will cold crash/rack on day 21. Force carb and start drinking on day 23. I'm no expert though. Just how I am doing this batch.

    I make my own dry rubs for smoking meats. Super easy and no limit to the creativity...and savings!

    New guy here from Florida. I caught the homebrew bug big time and found the forum while looking for answers to common problems. I'm on my 4th extract kit with a few modifications. I have a pretty simple 5 gallon brew setup but I made up for that with a sweet dual tap kegerator. So far my beers...
