    help solving my infection issue

This is kind of off topic but..... Have any of you guys used the McD Sanitizer? My brother got me a whole bunch of it in packets for me. McDonald's uses it for sanitizing various things but I'm not really sure how effective it is and dont want to risk a batch of beer if no one has used it.

    American Vs British Pint Glass

I'm gonna have to go with the British pint. Why? Because its bigger duh! :D Also, the shape of the glass keeps a better head I think. But either way is fine with me. As long as its full that is. :D

    Hefeweizen: Hops or No?

I guess not lol, Althought the first beers were bittered with gruit instead of hops. I am going to bitter it now though. Seeing as how Hallertau is the traditional hop used in hefeweizen, and I have a pound of Hallertau on its way I think I should use them on my hefe.

I just placed the stone on the bottom of the grain to make sure everything would get properly aerated.

I used my primary fermenter to soak the grain in. This made it easy to install the air line and diffuser stone.

I used a small aquarium pump to prevent the grain from drowning out over night.
