    Going to attempt brewing up a clone of 21st Amendments Bitter American. Recipe calls for Golden Promise pale malt as it's base, but I was considering using Maris Otter in its place. Any thoughts?     Did I ruin My Batch?

    Boil volume was 5 gallons. Added 2 oz of centennial and 2 oz of cascade hops. Temp actually got to around 210-211 degrees for most of the boil.
