I'm just going to order a bunch of pizzas for the ride up to Miramar. People can either choose to eat pizza or take their chances with the food trucks.

Would a more formal sit down eating reservation be desired? or on the go Food Truck or pizza be better?

I also won't be spending any time in a "commercial beer only" room.

Don't think I've seen any kegs at the banquets, but there are lots of coolers & bottles being opened. Also, the line for the banquet gets quite large about 30 min. prior to the event. Plenty of time to share in line.

I know a couple CHUG members going to that. Maybe they can join us if they're in that area.

I'm not 100% decided on area so don't count Miramar out yet.

I'm thinking 1st stop should be a food destination and since Blind Lady is a restaurant/pub it would be a good 1st stop before hitting the breweries. Anyone know if they'll take a reservation for a group our size? 30ish

What event is your "ticket" for?

I've been told many of the places up in Miramar are small (in room size not production), don't serve food, and mostly production brewery-ish. If that's true they might be better for a small party visit. I'm not familiar with the SD area at all so I have to go by what others tell me.

4 Pale Ale batches, each with a single experimental hop variety. Planning on bringing the kegs to NHC for sampling.
