See my thread on Tepache Mead. I have a batch going now. Have only sampled a little here and there so I'm not sure of the final flavor. I can tell you that it has been a month and is still fermenting.
This beer, even though it is a wheat, has literally no clarity. I added a bunch of fruit during the cool down (170) trying not to set the pectins but it seems that didn't work.
I just don't see the point if you have a cooler set up. If you saw my deck top rail to deck to ground gravity system you'd laugh. None the less just as effective as a high end system. If I were spending money like this for brewing equipment it would be for a pico system.
