I agree with you there. I have no idea what the turf color is, or uniform colors, or even what teams are around here, and I dont care. All teams are the same everywhere regardless of turf color or location, thats my point :) football is a waste of time. Just doing my part to trash talk :)

I put honey in everything. Picked up almost 5 gallons of apple juice today for my first cider. Gonna throw a couple pounds of honey in. It is just another form of sugar.

Buy bulk if you can. Helps to find a few people to help pay for a sack if you dont brew often enough. I repackage bulk DME into 1 gallon ziplock bags, just like the LHBS, and sell at cost. This helps keep stock fresh also.
