Getting ready to bottle. Cleaned 126 bottles today. Not as fun as it sounds, but I got them cleaned for bottling day this week. 11 gallons of home brew, and hopefully starting another 5 gallon batch. I think I have a problem.

I think I've seen that one, or something similar. I guess what I'm wondering is why are so many people going to such "step" lengths to go up, when it may be easier (at least easier harvest) to go horizontal. I know sqft. Of space can be a deciding factor. Maybe I'm blessed with a very seldom...

She refuses to try anything I brew. I've given up on forcing her to try. I'll brew for myself and friends.

I've tried. She sticks to her wine coolers. Oh well, her loss. She doesn't harp at me too bad about it. Just gets irritated that I hog the kitchen all day. Lol

I tell her it's "cheaper"... Maybe for some of the ingredients... But so far, not so much. Every batch is an opportunity for a new piece of equipment
