I made both my stands with bed frames. A 3 tier and a 3 vessel bench style. Best part they are free on Craigslist usually. Nice high carbon angle iron.

Can't you just move the position of the mounting brackets? Think they can move to any of those 2 bolt holes.

I have a variable speed drill with a trigger lock. It is connected to a small power strip. It is always locked on and I just use the power strip on/off button to control it. I have it on the slowest it will go without binding up. This gets me consistent speed everytime.

Thoughts about dropping the 2-row down a couple lbs and adding straight sugar to bring the abv up? Maybe increase the Honey Malt to 1lb also to bring back some of the sweetness the straight sugar will dry out? Perhaps a Light Brown sugar to add some subtle caramel sweetness? Other options are...

Thanks. Yes, my extension cable is a 3 wire cable and I measured the resistance in each wire and they all pretty much match. Same wire gauge so expected as much. Now I made them a bit long, should I shorten them or does it not matter as long as the 3 match?
