I do not think the W5100 uses that pin. the official sunfounder site PCB photos look to not have that pin actually connected to the circuitry of the W5100.

interesting issue with graphing... after a while, a graph in a different workspace than the test setup is missing data.. this never happens in the graph in the same workspace. To get it to re-appear, I have to open the graph properties(in either workspace) and close again.. but it just fills...

yes, if the USB adapter has AC powered off for more than a minute, or the USB cable has been removed, the ESP32 comes right up... it is when the AC USB dongle(mostly iphone usb chargers) is only removed from power for 20 seconds, and then power is re-applied, there is something happening...

yeah, spec'd out a big order for the extended version today for a customer, wth graphics card and while verifying what cable to get for 4x monitors, I saw they can support 4x Displayport and 2x miniDP ports... 6 monitors! And a guy on ebay has 60 of em for $200 each...
