after my keg is emptied, i clear it out with PBW. rinse it with starsan and leave alittle in the bottom and put the lid on. i shake it up and rerinse with alittle starsan before refilling with beer.

it would be cool to drill through the glass and have the taps on the front. if you can take the door off, im sure any glass place can cut the holes for you.

it is one of the better brewerys not only in colorado springs, but in the state. their food is awesome, and the beer is good also. great atmosphere no matter what time of day it is. i highly recommend phantom canyon to anyone coming to the springs :)

is postassium sorbate all you used to kill the yeast?

i only got the potassium sorbate, so it looks like i need to get some campden tablets too :( ill rack it to secondary in the meantime.

I am making some cider, and I would like to backsweeten it, the guy at my lhbs, he wasnt to helpful other then telling me that i need potassium sorbate. does potassium sorbate kill yeast? im hoping to stir in some potassium sorbate and in a few days rack the cider out to be back...

i can literally see the beer falling back into the keg after a pour, is there a way to check to make sure my system isnt leaking pressure somewhere?
