Creating a SmuttyNose IPA clone for a 5 gallon batch, extract and would like to know what LME would be comparable to Pale Malt 2 Row grain. I'm new to the home brewing world so any suggestions would be great. Would something like Alexander's (USA) Pale Malt Extract be it? Thanks

It's a pound bag but I only use .19lbs.

It's an extract brew, and I asked him twice if I needed to crush it before steeping. Not sure what to do.

Had a zymurgist create a smuttynose IPA extract clone and one of the ingredients was Biscuit Malt grain for steeping. He said I didn't have to crush the Biscuit but they look like whole grains. Any thoughts? Thanks

Looking at doing a recipe that calls for santiam hops but I can't find a location where to purchase them. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks
