Bought a batch of grain a few weeks ago for a lawnmower ale type. Not feeling the need for a lighter brew now so I'm trying to come up with a modification to a decent IPA or even a DIPA. What I have is 7# of 2-row and 2.5# of Golden Promise. Looking for suggestions on additions to the grain...

Brewed this yesterday substituting Maris Otter for the 2-row and chose the Mangrove Jack Workhorse to do the dirty work. Looking forward to this in a month or so.

Adding the braid won't draw the fluid all the way from the bottom. Once the fluid level drops below the highest point of the braid, flow will stop. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
