Pumbaa, I hail from La Crosse, WI. I'm a student up here working on my first batch of Witbier. So far it smells/tastes delicious. It is getting hard to wait to bottle the stuff.

This is my first post. I am currently in the middle of my first homebrew and so far after a few taste tests from my samples it is going well. Hopefully if any questions I have arise I can get some guidance from a few of you homebrew veterans!
