Nice NGD! Happy you have gotten acceptable coffee to drink. Now we start the "tuning" of your roasting. I am still not impressed by how that machine agitates the beans. I like that it keeps them moving, so they won't stay in a hot spot for long, but, it doesn't turn them over much. That is where...

Those look to be some very good tasting coffees P!!! Nice selection. I have several hard containers too, but I find myself using the bags more often just out of convenience. That and mostly because I have more selection than containers!

@TrickyDick, sorry to hear you are having problems with your pc's water cooling pump...have you tried....https://www.frozencpu.com ? They might have what you need.

Hey TD, it is roasters' choice for what temp to charge to. It is typical for most though, that they'll raise the preheat. If you look in the maintenance/user manual, I believe they have a reference or recommendations for preheat temp and batch size. I will look some more, I know I have seen it...

Had to tweak the fan once cause it was rubbing on the backside, but only after it was thoroughly heated, so not too bad. Overall the repair was quick. 11,772 grams is what I ended up roasting. That comes out to be 25.95 pounds. That gives us a total of 716.69 pounds.

:) Looking at roasting 20+ pounds a little later today!!! Got the parts, old parts removed, new installed, and a test preheat done yesterday. True test will be this run!

You have the distance in your smoker @bleme?? I would have to Spatchcock the turkey to be able to do them both at the same time! I think it would definitely be doable!!!! and tasty!!
